The Cookery Judges have been noting various errors when exhibitors are showing “SET RECIPE” items, such as the wrong tin size, or icing sugar instead of granulated, or caster sugar on a Victoria Sandwich when it says to no sugar on the top.
What do you do, does it depend on the show, guidance from the show secretary, if judge, how many marks do you deduct? What guidance do we want in the new OWTS?
