Judging Eggs – CPD session

Nancy Hawksworth, Cookery and Preserves Judge and Preserves Judges Tutor from Derbyshire will be leading an interactive session on judging eggs.
Please have available an egg, a white saucer and a flat bladed table knife, without a serrated edge.
Nancy will discuss what to look for when judging eggs, the good points and some notes for your Crib Book
